Going To School

I'd ride my bike
Or take a hike,
I'd walk to school--
It is so cool.
I'd ride my car,
It isn't too far.
And that's my little poetry.

Allison,
Sorry Jonathan never got back to you. I did tell him that you posted a little message to him. Honestly, he doesn't really do the whole blog thing (not that I do it well either) so he appreciated your message but never responded. I did mention to him that we should really take you up on the visit to Australia. :) I'm so glad that you check my blog... I will have to try and be better at updating it, no promises though. That's so fun that you guys lived here too. It seems like everyone has. I really enjoy living here. The only thing that I don't like is the scorpions. BLEH Did you have problems with that? Jonathan said to tell Jason thanks for the air conditioning unit! It is greatly appreciated. Well this is turning into a novel so I think I'll end this by saying that you seem like such a sweetheart. It's too bad you're so far away. But, that's what blogging is for.

Hey Allison--the line is actually from Princess Bride. I never saw Ghostbusters, so maybe they have a line like that too, but I don't know. It's fun to see what you guys are up to over there! Take care.

thomas updated this poem in april of 2009 for a school project. so now after it says 'it isn't that far' it goes:
I'd swing by trees,
I'd feel the breeze.
I'd run by far,
And catch a car.
And that's my little poetry.
