This is on our way home. You know when you're driving and you think the scenery is just gorgeous? So you take a picture and it just doesn't do it justice. That's this picture with the hill. It was SO pretty. It made you want to sing 'The hills are alive'. So to get the full effect you'll just have to come visit.
This other picture turned out horrible, I know. But I want to point out that the road you see is the same road we drove up that whole mountain. It's the same size as one lane, but it has to work for both lanes on that big winding road. And can you see what we had to pull over for? A bus. I'd hate to be a tourist on that bus: I had a hard time stomaching the ride up in a car-- a big bus like that up that small road would terrify me!
